Main service agreement
These Terms govern access to and use of Collectaneum, including accounts, user content, subscriptions, platform availability and the limits of what the registry itself verifies.
Effective date: 1 March 2026
You remain responsible for your account activity and retain ownership of the collection content you provide.
Paid plans renew automatically unless cancelled and remain subject to the payment terms below.
Collectaneum records information but does not authenticate, certify, appraise or guarantee collectible items.

Collectaneum is operated by Centrillio Limited, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 12189838.
These Terms govern your use of Collectaneum (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be able to form a binding contract and comply with applicable laws. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent you are authorised to do so.
You retain ownership of content you upload or enter into the Service (“User Content”), such as item descriptions, provenance notes, photos, and valuations.
You grant us a limited licence to host, store, process, and display your User Content solely to operate and provide the Service to you.
You agree not to misuse the Service. For example, you must not:

If you subscribe to a paid plan, you agree to pay the fees shown at the time of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access to the paid features until that time.
Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods or unused time. In exceptional circumstances, we may, at our discretion, provide a refund.
We may update our subscription pricing from time to time. We will provide reasonable advance notice, typically at least 30 days, before any price change applies to an existing subscription. Price changes will apply to future billing periods only.
Taxes may apply depending on your location.
Collectaneum provides tools that allow users to record, organise, and manage information about collectible items.
Collectaneum does not authenticate, verify, certify, or guarantee the authenticity, provenance, ownership, condition, or value of any item recorded on the platform.
Any photographs, descriptions, valuations, or other information stored in Collectaneum are provided by users or third parties and are presented for informational purposes only.
Collectaneum does not provide appraisal services and does not guarantee the accuracy of any valuation data displayed within the platform.
Users are solely responsible for verifying the authenticity, ownership, and value of collectible items through appropriate independent experts.
Centrillio Limited shall not be liable for any financial loss, dispute, or claim arising from reliance on information stored within the Collectaneum platform.
We aim to keep the Service available, but it may be interrupted for maintenance or reasons beyond our control. We may change or discontinue parts of the Service.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”.
Valuations, provenance, and other collection information are user-provided and may be subjective; you are responsible for verifying any information.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim (or £100 if you have not paid us).
You may stop using the Service at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
