Collectaneum is operated by Centrillio Limited, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 12189838.

You retain ownership of content you upload or enter into the Service (“User Content”), such as item descriptions, provenance notes, photos, and valuations.

You grant us a limited licence to host, store, process, and display your User Content solely to operate and provide the Service to you.

You agree not to misuse the Service. For example, you must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts or systems.
• Upload malware or run automated scraping that harms performance.
• Post unlawful content or content that infringes IP rights.
• Use the Service to harass, defraud, or harm others.

If you subscribe to a paid plan, you agree to pay fees shown at purchase time. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Taxes may apply.

Refunds (if any) are handled according to the policy shown at checkout or in your account area.

Collectaneum provides tools that allow users to record, organise, and manage information about collectible items.

Collectaneum does not authenticate, verify, certify, or guarantee the authenticity, provenance, ownership, condition, or value of any item recorded on the platform.

Any photographs, descriptions, valuations, or other information stored in Collectaneum are provided by users or third parties and are presented for informational purposes only.

Collectaneum does not provide appraisal services and does not guarantee the accuracy of any valuation data displayed within the platform.

Users are solely responsible for verifying the authenticity, ownership, and value of collectible items through appropriate independent experts.

Centrillio Limited shall not be liable for any financial loss, dispute, or claim arising from reliance on information stored within the Collectaneum platform.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”.

Collecting valuations and provenance are user-provided and may be subjective; you are responsible for verifying information.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim (or £100 if you have not paid us).
