Collectaneum is operated by Centrillio Limited, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 12189838.

Collectaneum is provided on an “as available” basis.

While we aim to maintain high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service.

Maintenance, infrastructure failures, or third-party outages may occasionally affect availability.

Collectaneum stores user-uploaded photographs and related data using global high-availability third-party cloud infrastructure providers.

While reasonable technical safeguards are implemented to protect stored data, no storage system can guarantee absolute protection against loss, corruption, or service interruption.

Users are responsible for maintaining their own copies and backups of important photographs and records.

Centrillio Limited is not liable for loss of user content resulting from infrastructure failure, service interruption, or user actions.

Collectaneum relies on third-party infrastructure providers, including but not limited to hosting, storage, authentication, and payment providers.

We are not responsible for outages, failures, or service interruptions caused by these providers.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Centrillio Limited shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
